No returns on custom screenprinted or custom embroidered goods, unless the product is damaged (such as a hole or cut, etc.) We reserve a 3% spoilage ratio.
No altered or worn items can be returned.
All blank returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Kindy's is not responsible for artwork that is approved incorrectly by the customer and, therefore, having an order printed or embroidered incorrectly.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be approved by a Kindy's staff person with a return authorization for exchange or return.
No exchanges or returns after 15 days from date of invoice.
Freight to our location for exchanges or returns must be paid by the customer.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Credit will be issued as a credit card credit for your credit card purchase.
Customer is liable for all charges incurred up to the time and date of cancellation. If an order has been completed but not shipped and is cancelled, the customer is liable for the merchandise and its disposal.
Authorized returns may be returned to Kindy's. |
