How long will it take me to receive my order?

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Once we have all the necessary information about your order (product item, quantity, sizing, art approval), a screenprinted order generally takes 10 business days to complete. An embroidered order generally takes 15 business days. However, we strive to complete our scheduled deadline dates AHEAD of time, so our customers can receive their order as quickly as possible.

Is there a minimum to an order?

Yes, on screenprinted orders:
          For a 1 or 2 color imprint there is a 12 piece minimum,
          For a 3 color imprint there is a 36 piece minimum,
          For a 4 color imprint there is a 48 piece mininum,
          For a 5 or 6 color imprint there is a 100 piece minimum,
          And for a 4-color process imprint there is a 200 piece minimum.

On embroidered orders: 
         There is a 24 piece minimum.

Do I have to order in multiples of 12?

No.  You can order any number, as long as it is at least the minimum quantity.

Do I have to order all the same size?
No. You may order as many or as few of each size as you need.

Does it cost extra for different sizes?

Generally, yes.  A youth size (XYS-YL) will be priced differently than a regular adult size (S-XL) as well as, a larger adult size (2XL and +). Prices are established in our quote to you.

Does it cost extra to order different color shirts?

If the shirt color remains the same on all the shirts, then there is no extra charge.

There is a small price difference for "lighter" colored shirts vs. "darker" colored shirts. (We print an extra coat of ink on the darker shirts so that the color is as bright on the dark shirts as on the lighter shirts.)
And, if we have to change the ink color (for example -- white ink on red shirts and red ink on white shirts) then there is an ink change charge per change NOT per shirt.

How many colors can you print or embroider?

We can print up to six spot colors in a design and we offer 4-color process printing.  We can embroider up to 6 colors of thread in a design.

Do garments shrink?
All garments shrink; as some shrink more than others. Now a days, cotton garments are usually "pre-shrunk" but still will shrink alittle. 50%cotton/50% polyester garments will shrink less than 100% cotton garments.

However, you can be assured that we carry name brand merchandise (Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Jerzees) that you are familiar with and that you are accustom to their quality.

Will you print or embroider on items that I provide? 

No, we're sorry. We only provide our services on merchandise that we provide and sell to you.

No, we're sorry.  We do not provide or make heat transfers.

Do I have to order in person?
Absolutely not!  You may place your order by phone, fax or online.  However...if you ever travel to or through Des Moines, Iowa, please visit our showroom!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you require a deposit?

Once you accept your quote, you must provide us with your credit card information (mastercard or visa) to secure your order.  Before we start the process of your order, our customer service rep. will be in contact with you for this payment information.

 If I don't like it, can I return it?
  • Custom screenprinted and embroidered items can not be  returned. 
  • Blank merchandise can be returned with prior authorization and a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Our Retail Store merchandise (that are pre-printed designs) can be returned for credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
