This is where we guide you through the process of your custom screenprinted or embroidered order.

1. Choose your product item from our Online Catalog.

Our Online Catalog offers our MORE IN DEMAND items, however, we carry hundreds of items not offered in THIS specific catalog. So, if you are looking for, or have a specific item that is not in our catalog, please describe it in the Request A Quote. Most likely, we actually carry the item you're looking for or we can exclusively get it for you.
While choosing your item, please decide what color of item you desire, what specific sizes you will be needing and the quantity of those sizes. | 2. Request a Custom Quote.

Of course, before you ACTUALLY order, and we ACTUALLY print your order, you need to know how much this is going to cost you.
Please fill out and send us the Request a Quote form.
Through the information that you give us, we will be able to quote you a price on your item and detail any or all other charges that you will be incurring to accomplish your screenprinted or embroidered job.
Kindy's strives to provide you with a quote as quickly as possible! In most cases, we will contact you within one or two business days! All your information you provide us is kept strictly private. | 3. Accept your Custom Quote.

Your custom quote will be sent back to you as a "Kindy's Email" with all the incurring charges and prices. We ask that you look over the Email for accuracy of your order and:
- Verify your FINAL quantity of sizes (if this changes, you must contact us),
- CONFIRM your acceptance of the quote by Emailing your acceptance
back to Kindy's,
- And provide us with your credit card information (Mastercard or Visa)
to secure your order. Before we start the process of your order, our customer service rep. will be in contact with you for this payment information. | Also, at this time, you will need to send us (as directed on the Email) your "Camera Ready" art or your artwork that needs to be "cleaned-up" or "modified". | 4. Approve your final artwork for print.

Once Kindy's receives your "Accepted Email", we will have our art department start to prepare or design your artwork for print. We will also schedule a print date, at this time.
Once your artwork has been prepared or designed, we require you to approve your FINAL artwork by signing off on an Art Approval Form. We will contact you and give you a password to login to view and approve your artwork. All our customer's artwork is held in a secured site for your privacy and protection. This art site will be available to you until your order is completed. Once your order is completed, your artwork, from this secured site, will be taken off online.
Please Note: Your artwork must be approved by the art deadline date given on the "Art Approval Form", otherwise, your order may be delayed for print. | 5. Kindy's will ship your order UPS.

Upon completion of printing your order, we normally will ship your order UPS Ground, unless you have notified us differently.

Normally, from the first time that you contact us, to the day we ship your order out, processing an order takes about 7 to10 business days for screenprinted orders and 12 to 15 business days for embroidered orders. And better yet for you...we love to beat our own deadline dates!!!
